【摘要】 目的 :探讨脆性组氨三联体 (FHIT)蛋白在胃癌中的表达状况及其预后价值。方法 :应用免疫组化技术 (S P)法检测FHIT在 78例胃癌中的表达。结果 :78例胃癌中 44例显示FHIT蛋白缺失。FHIT缺失与肿瘤的大小、部位、浸润深度、分级、分期、淋巴结转移与否无相关性。结论 :FHIT蛋白缺失在胃癌组织中是频发事件。FHIT蛋白在胃癌中缺乏及其与预后的关系 ,尚须大量研究阐明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To detect the fragile histidine triad(FHIT) expression in gastric carcinoma(GC) and discuss the relationship between the expression of FHIT and clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis. Methods: 78 cases of GC were studied immunohistochemically. Results: The loss of FHIT expression was found in 56.4%(44/78) samples of GC. The absence of FHIT protein was correlated neither with the size, location, depth of tumor in invasion, lymph node metastasis, staging nor with histological type, grading of the tumours. Conclusion: The loss of FHIT expression is a frequent event in gastric carcinoma. Further studies will be required to elucidate the relation between tumor prognosis and FHIT loss.更多还原
