【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃肠吻合器在sugiury术 (即联合门奇断流术 )的应用效果。方法 :对 5 3例门脉高压患者进行sug iury术加胃肠吻合器食道下段切割术治疗。结果 :住院期间无肝性脑病 ,无 1例出血。 1年后再出血 3例。 38例 3～ 4年术后随访无出血 ,胃镜检查食道下段 ,胃底静脉曲张消失。结论 :sugiury术加胃肠吻合器食道下段切割术的联合应用能有效地防治食道、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application of impression of Gastrojejunostomy instrument in Sugiura’s operation.Methods:Fifty three patients with portal hypertension were operated on with Sugiura’s operation and Gastrojejunostomy instrument gullet infrastructure incises operation.Results:After one year,three patients had hemorrhage again,while thirty eight patients didn’t for four years after operation.Conclusion:Sugiura’s operation and Gastrojejunostomy instrument gullet infrastructure incise operation united application can prevent and cure bleeding of esophageal and stomach root vein cracking.更多还原
