【摘要】 目的 :总结小C臂X光机 (OEC96 0 0 )在基层医院进行冠脉介入性诊疗的体会。方法 :在小C臂X光机下按常规进行 93例冠脉造影 (CAG) ,并对后期 13例有适应证者行经皮冠脉介入治疗 (PCI)。结果 :93例CAG病人中 ,5 8例发现有意义病变 ,除 5例发生穿刺局部血肿外无其它并发症。 13例PCI病人中 ,以经皮冠脉成形术 (PTCA)处理病变 18处 ,置入支架 14枚 ,全部成功。 2例因局部血肿致下肢疼痛 ,2个月后消失 ,1例 7个月后可疑再狭窄。结论 :基层医院可利用小C臂X光机部分开展冠脉介入性诊疗技术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To present the experience in coronary artery angiography(CAG)and percutaneous coronary interventon(PCI)by using the mobile digtal imaging system(OEC 9600)in a county hospital.Methods:93 cases were offered CAG with OEC9600 of and 13 of them were treated with PCI later.Results:58 cases with significant lesion were found in 93 patients. There was no complication except 5 cases showing focal hematoma. Of the 13 patients,PTCA were performed for 18 lesions and 14 coronary stents were implanted.The performances were all successful.2 cases complained of leg pain due to groin hemotoma,and the pain disappered 2 months later.Restenosis was found in 1 case 7 months later.Conclusion: With OEC9600 CAG,PTCA and intracoronary stenting can be safely performed in some patients in county hospital.更多还原
