【摘要】 目的 :探讨负吸术前加服米索前列醇对扩张宫颈 ,减少人流综合征的有效性。方法 :将 2 0 0例初孕的早孕妇女随机分为 2组 ,实验组于负吸术前 2h空腹服用米索前列醇 0 .4mg ,对照组诊断后直接行负吸术。结果 :实验组宫颈明显软化、扩张 ,可顺利通过 6～ 8号吸管 ,无阻力、痛苦小、出血少。对照组须常规使用金属扩宫棒后方可手术 ,痛苦大。结论 :米索前列醇对扩张宫颈、减少人流综合征及术中术后出血量有显著效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the availability of oral misoprostol for cervical dilatation, reducing the complication of artificial abortion prior to vacuum aspiration.Methods:Two hundreds women with first early pregnancy were divided randomly into 2 study groups: Oral misoprostol 0.4 mg two hours before artificial abortion.Control group: Artificial abortions are handled straight after diagnoise.Results:after the study group took the oral misoprostol, the cervix was dilating and softening more than in those of the control group. It passed through 6#～8# suction tubes.No resistance, low amount of suffering and bleeding.Control group must be handled according to the routinely dilating cervix by metal stick,more suffering.Conclusion:Misoprostol has higher effection to dilate cervix, and to reduce the complications of artificial abortion and the amount of vaginal bleeding intra operative.更多还原
