【摘要】 目的 :探讨白血病患者血清中尿酸检测分析影响。方法 :采用回顾性的临床调查对 10 2例白血病患者的血尿酸检测 ,采用尿酸进行结果分析。结果 :真性红细胞增多症检测血尿酸结果为 5 0 7.0 4± 10 2 .6 4 ,多发性骨髓瘤检测血尿酸结果为 5 6 5 .9± 99.35 ,急性淋巴细胞白血病检测血尿酸结果为 5 0 3± 136 ,急性粒细胞白血病检测血尿酸结果为 5 34.6 8± 85 .87,慢性粒细胞白血病检测血尿酸结果为 4 76 .2 7± 4 4 .6 7,正常对照检测血尿酸结果为 30 7.5 5±71.77。结论 :在 10 2例患者中呈高尿酸血症的患者占 85 %。经t检验结果均为P <0 .0 1,有显著性差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of leukemia on serum levels of uric acid.Methods: 102 patients with leukemia received review on their serum levels of uric acid.Results:The serum levels of uric acid in pdycythemia vora, multiple myeloma,acute lymphoblastic leukemia,and chronic myelogenous leukemia were 507.04±102.64,565.9±99.35,534.68±85.87 and 476.27±44.67 respectively.In contrast,the serum levels of uric acid were 307.55±71.77.Conclusion:eight five percent of the 102 patients have high serum levels of uric acid ( P <0.01).
