【摘要】 目的 :探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1(solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule 1,sICAM 1)与胃癌及其侵袭转移的关系。方法 :用双抗体夹心法测定 5 3例胃癌病人 ,2 0例胃癌前期病变病人及 2 0例正常人血清中sICAM 1水平 ,并对行根治术前后血清sICAM 1水平的变化进行观察。结果 :胃癌病人血清sICAM 1水平为 5 41.5ng/ml,分别明显高于胃癌前期病变病人 (30 6 .8ng/ml)及正常人 (2 94.3ng/ml) (P <0 .0 1) ;Ⅰ期病人血清sICAM 1水平分别明显低于Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期病人 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期病人相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;行根治术病人血清sICAM 1水平为 5 0 0 .0ng/ml,显著低于行剖腹探查术或姑息术病人 (6 87.0ng/ml) (P <0 .0 1) ;根治术后病人血清sICAM 1为 384.0ng/ml,比术前 (5 0 0 .0ng/ml)明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清sICAM 1与胃癌及其侵袭转移有关 ,血清sICAM 1的测定在术前病情判断、预后估计及治疗方案制订方面具有临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between sICAM-1 and gastric carcinoma or the development of invasion and metastasis of the tumor. Methods: The serum level of sICAM-1 was measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 53 patients with gastric carcinoma, 20 patients with gastric precancerous lesion, and 20 normal controls. The change of serum level of sICAM-1 before and after radical operation was observed. Results: Serum level of sICAM-1 in the patients with gastric carcinoma(541.5 ng/ml)was markedly higher than those in the patients with gastric precancerous lesion(306.8 ng/ml)and in normal controls(294.3 ng/ml)(P<0.01).The serum level of sICAM-1 in the patient with stage I of gastric carcinoma was stastistically lower than those in the patients with stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ (P<0.01 or P<0.05). However, there was no significant diffence between patients with stage Ⅲ of gastric carcinoma and patients with stage Ⅳ of the tumor (P>0.05).The serum level of sICAM-1 in the patients who underwent radical operation of gastric carcinoma (500.0 ng/ml) was significantly lower than that in the patients who underwent exploratory laparotomies or palliative resections(687.0 ng/ml)(P<0.01).After radical operation, serum level of sICAM-1 declined significantly (384.0 ng/ml) than that in preoperation (500.0 ng/ml)(P<0.01).Conclusion: Serum sICAM-1 is related to gastric carcinoma and the development of in vasion and metastasis.Determination of serum sICAM-1 in patients with gastric carcinoma has clinical significance in judging preoperative disease situation,evalauating prognosis,and drawing up therapeutic plan.更多还原
