【摘要】 目的 :分析重型开放性颅脑损伤救治经验。方法 :对 86例重型开放性颅脑损伤病人进行回顾性总结。结果 :86例重型开放性颅脑损伤存活 65例 ( 75 .6% ) ,其中恢复良好的 3 6例 ( 4 1.9% ) ,中残 16例 ( 18.6% ) ,重残 13例( 15 .1% ) ,死亡 2 1例 ( 2 4 .4 % )。结论 :尽早进行手术才能达到真正的止血目的。紧急行开颅彻底清创手术 ,是挽救病人生命的唯一方法 ,术后需复查头部X片或CT ,以减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the therapeutic experience of 86 cases with severe open brain injury.Methods: 86 cases of severe open brain injury with score 3～8 on GCS who were admitted to our department were analyzed respectively.Results:65 cases (75.6%) were survived, of which 36 cases (41.9%) had a good recovery,16 cases (18.6%) with mild disability and 13 cases (15.1%)with severe disability.The other 21 cases (24.4%) dead after therapy.Conclusion:The early surgical operations can stop bleeding in the brain.更多还原
