【摘要】 目的 :探讨硝苯地平拮抗内皮素 (ET)对肾综合症出血热患者的影响。方法 :3 10例肾综合症出血热患者 ,随机分为硝苯地平组 160例 ,对照组 15 0例。入院后两组均给予平衡盐综合液体疗法及对症治疗。在此基础上 ,硝苯地平组于入院当天加服硝苯地平 2 0mg ,3次 /d。两组分别于治疗前、治疗后 3d、治疗结束后采用放射免疫法测定血浆ET ,血清尿调蛋白 (THP)和 β2 微球蛋白 ( β2 M )等变化。结果 :治疗 3d后硝苯地平组和对照组ET、THP、β2 M均明显高于治疗前 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组治疗效果比较硝苯地平明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :硝苯地平能够拮抗肾综合症出血热患者的血浆内皮素 ,减轻肾综合症出血热导致的肾功能损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of nifedipine,an endothelin antagonist,on impairment of renal function caused by HFRS.Methods: 310 cases of HFRS were randomly assigned into 2 groups,the nifedipine group (n=160) and the control group ( n =150).Plasma endothelin, blood β 2 microgobulin, and Tamm Horsfall protein were assessed to evaluate the renal function.Results: In the nifedipine group,there was a significant increase of plasma endothelin,blood β 2 Microglobulin,and THP( P <0.01)after treatment. So was in the control group( P <0.01).However, a further more increase of the above proteins was observed in nifedipine group, compared to the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion:Nifedipine would antagonist the plasma endothelin in the impairment of renal function caused by HFRS and it may protect the renal function from impairment caused by HFRS.更多还原
