辣椒素急性脱敏治疗三叉神经痛的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究应用辣椒素 (CAP)急性脱敏效应 (即镇痛效应 )治疗三叉神经痛的方法和疗效。方法 把 CAP配成 30 mm ol/L 溶液备用 ,按每次用药量分成 A、B、C、D4组 ,分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支为脱敏实验。并采用“热痛测试仪”测量不同用药量、不同时间的痛阈变化 ,同时观察大鼠行为变化。结果 各组达到急性脱敏效应时间分别为 :A组 72~ 12 0小时、B组 12~ 2 4小时、C组 8~ 12小时、D组 2~ 4小时。 4组痛阈上升速率 F=4 0 .37,有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。脱敏后各组维持用药间隔时间分别为 :A组 2 4小时、B组 4 8小时、C组 72小时、D组 96小时。达到用药总量 (5 0 m g/kg)停药后 ,4组痛阈恢复速率 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论  CAP皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支 ,能产生较强的镇痛作用 ,且与剂量、浓度、时间、间歇期有关

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment method and courative effect on acute desensitizing (analgesic) effeet with capsicin(CAP) to treat the prosopalgia.Methods 30 mmol/L solution of CAP was prepared,according to the dosage of taking medicine every time,the rats were divided into four groups,the desensitizing experiment was used to handle trigeminal nerve’s infraorbital branch of the rat by the subcutaneous injection.Using "Heat pain checker" measured pain threshold in the different time,and observe the change of the rat behavior.Results Acute desensitization time of each group was as follows respectively:Group A (72 to 120 h),Group B (12 to 24 h),Group C (8 to 12 h),Group D (2 to 4 h).The interval time of maintain taking medicines was as follows:24 h(Group A),48 h(Group B),72 h(Group C)and 96 h(Guoup D) after desensitization.The drug was stopped unitil the total dosage was 50 mg/kg, there was no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion CAP infiltration at trigeminal nerve infraorbital branch region in rats can produce stronger analgesic effect,it related to the dosage,concentration,using dosage, time and intermission.
