【摘要】 目的 :探讨后腹腔镜肿瘤剜除术和肾部分切除术治疗肾脏肿瘤的应用价值。方法 :采用后腹腔镜经后腹腔途径对 5例肾肿瘤患者分别行肿瘤剜除术和肾部分切除术 ,并观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数和术中术后并发症及手术效果。结果 :5例手术全部获得成功 ,平均手术时间为 87min ,平均出血量 5 5ml,平均术后住院时间为 5 .8d ,手术效果好 ,无并发症。结论 :该术式肿瘤切除精确彻底 ,创伤小 ,出血少 ,恢复快 ,有推广应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic nephron sparing surgery ,including tumor enucleation and partial nephrectomy , for the treatment of renal tumors. Methods:5 female patients with renal tumors , 4 for renal angioleiomyoma(RAML) and 1 for renal cell carcinoma(RCC), age from 39 to 57 years old, 4 for left side and 1 for right side, received retroperitoneoscopic nephron sparing surgery ,including tumor enucleation and partial nephrectomy,using harmonic scalpel. The operating time, blood loss, hospital stay after operation, complications during and after operation and the operative efficacy were observed. Results:All 5 patients successfully underwent the procedure retroperitoneoscopically. The average operating time was 87 min, average blood loss was 55 ml, the average hospital stay after operation was 5.8 days. No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred. Conclusions: This procedure could undergo a more precise and complete tumor excision, minimize blood loss and recover quickly. It was well worth clinical applying.更多还原
