【摘要】 目的:提高精索扭转的早期诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析12例精索扭转的临床资料。结果:11例经手术证实。与术前彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)诊断结果一致,其中5例扭转时间短或不全扭转者经手术复位后保留了睾丸,6例因睾丸坏死而予以切除。1例保守治疗。结论:对青少年突发的阴囊疼痛应考虑到本病的可能。CDFI是一种高效、可靠的诊断方法。早期诊断及手术可提高睾丸存活率。主张对对侧睾丸应作预防性固定并随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To improve the diagnostic accuracy in testicular torsion. Method:The clinical data of 12 cases of testicular torsion was retrospectively analyzed to summarize the diagnostic experience. Result: With use of CDFI.all cases obtained the correct diagnosis prior to the operational of which were postoperatively diagnosed as testicular torsion. The testicles of 5 cases with short time or incomplete torsion were salvaged by operative detor-sion. The testicles of other 6 cases with testicular necrosis were removed. Conclusion: Testicular torsion should be considered in the younger patients with acute scrotum pain. CDFI was a reliable and effective method for diagnosis. Contralateral testicle should be performed preventive orchiopexy and followed up.更多还原
