【摘要】 目的 :评价改良去带盲结肠可控膀胱术的临床价值。方法 :对 8例膀胱癌患者施行全膀胱切除和改良去带盲结肠可控膀胱术。结果 :随访 3～ 41个月 ,均获得良好的疗效。贮尿囊容量为 2 6 0～ 70 0ml,贮尿囊内最大压力为 0 .981～ 2 .940kPa ,每 3～ 6h导尿 1次 ,血清电解质和肾功能正常。结论 :本术式可以获得大容量、低内压的贮尿囊 ,具有可控效果好、操作简单和并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical value of the modified detinia cecal-ascending colon continent urinary reservoir.Method:Radical cystectomy and modified detinia cecal-ascending colon continent urinary reservoir were performed in 8 cases with bladder carcinoma.Results:The patients had been followed up for 3 to 41 months. Reliable continence had been achieved in all cases. Capacities of the reservoir were 260 ml to 700ml and maximum pressures of the reservoir were 0.981～ 2.940 kPa. Self-catherization was carried out every 3 to 6 hours. Serum electrolytes and renal functions were normal.Conclusion:This procedure could achieve a large volume reservoir of low intrareservoir pressure and had the advantage of simple and easy techniques with reliable continence and minimal complication.更多还原
