【摘要】 目的 :探讨血清抗精子抗体 (AsAb)与精子各项活动参数的关系。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ASA ELISA)对 36例健康男性 (A组 )和 2 30例男性不育患者 (B组 )血清中AsAb进行定量分析 ,同时用美国HML精液自动分析仪分别对两组人群的精液进行相应指标的检测。结果 :A、B两组中的AsAb和精子运动参数的差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清中的AsAb浓度与精子的主要运动参数呈负相关。结论 :男性血清中的AsAb异常时 ,精子的前向运动能力随其血清中AsAb滴度的升高而减弱 ,由此抑制了精卵细胞的结合 ,这也是导致男性免疫性不育的重要因素之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate and evaluate the correlation between AsAb and sperm parameters. Methods : Using ASA ELISA test, the quantitative analysis of AsAb in serum were respectively administered in 36 healthy males (group A) and in 230 infertile males (group B). At the same time sperm routine analysis of two groups were administered with CASA.Results:① There was a significant difference between group A and group B in both of serum AsAb concentration and sperm parameters: Total concentration, Rapid cell, VAP, VSL, VCL, LIN, STR (P< 0.05 ); ②Sperm motile parameters were negatively correlated with AsAb concentration in serum.Conclusions: AsAb may be an important cause of male infertility by its influence on sperm adherence, motility, impairment, penetrative ability.更多还原
