【摘要】 目的　对老年人全口义齿不良修复引起的颞颌关节紊乱病 (TMD)的原因、诊断、治疗进行研究。方法　对 2 4例老年人全口义齿不良修复出现面肌疼痛、关节弹响、张口困难等进行对比分析。结果　旧义齿组与新义齿组摄X光片检查 ,对关节前、中、后间隙进行测量比较有明显统计学意义 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论　TMD形成是一个多因素的结果 ,治疗时应该着全面考虑更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The elder men were prosthetic this compete denture have been give rise to temporomandile joint disorder (TMD). Methods For 24 cases of the elder men were prosthetic complete denture of face below 1/3 vertical distance over high what have been give rise to TMD. This patients wear the old denture group were compared with the nature of sight close lip of posture face below 1/3 vertical distance group .The two groups been have different significant(p<o.o5).For temporomandible joint has been takes X-ray of Schillers position.The articular space were compared with in articular of back, before space to have statically significantly in the older denture group and new denture group. Results For the 24 cases of elder men have been analysis to the X-ray in the lose teeth and wear complete denture process what this articular of bone were rehabilitated on the condyle with articular concave Its have been potential of cause of disease that have been prosthetic complete denture of face below 1/3 vertical distance over high.
