【摘要】 目的　探讨特殊类型的舌下腺囊肿的临床特点及治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1990～ 2 0 0 0年诊治的2 0例特殊类型舌下腺囊肿的临床资料。结果　 2 0例中颌颈型 3例、哑铃型 5例、颌下型 12例 ,所有病例均行手术治愈。结论　舌下腺过度发育并超越下颌舌骨肌及该肌的发育薄弱等因素均可诱发本病发生 ;舌下腺及其囊肿一并切除是最有效的治疗方法 ,可防止复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the clinical features and treating methods for the sublingual gland cyst of the special type. Methods 20 clinical data on special type cyst of sublingual gland from 1990 to 2000 were analyzed. Results 3 case were of submaxillary and neck type, 5cases were of dumbell types and 12cases were of submaxillary types. All patients were cured by surgical operations. Conclusion The excessive development of the sublingual gland and the developing defect of mylohyoid muscle should result in the special cyst of sublingual gland. The resection of the sublingual gland and its cysts is the best effective treatment and can prevent the recurrence of cyst.更多还原
