【摘要】 目的　研究口腔扁平苔藓的发生、发展与吸入性和食物性过敏原的关系。方法　应用 2 0种食物性过敏原溶液和 18种吸入性过敏原溶液 ,采用皮内注射法 ,对 95例口腔扁平苔藓患者进行过敏原过敏反应检查。结果　 95例全部呈现过敏反应。其中 84例同时存在食物性和吸入性过敏原过敏反应。 6例单纯对食物性过敏原过敏 ,5例单纯对吸入性过敏原过敏。部分食物过敏原呈现迟发性超敏反应。结论　口腔扁平苔藓的发生、发展与吸入性和食物性过敏原相关。限制接触过敏物质有益于口腔扁平苔藓的治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between oral lichen planus(OLP) and allergens.Methods 95 cases with OLP were detected by intradermal injection with some food and inhalational allergens. Results 95 cases with OLP presented allergic reaction.84 cases presented allergic reaction to some food and inhalational allergens simultaneously. 6 cases presented allergic reaction to some food allergens only and 5 cases presented allergic reaction to some inhalational allergens only. Some cases presented delayed allergic reaction to the food allergens. Conclusion OLP correlates to some food and inhalational allergens. It is benefit to cure OLP to avoid some food and inhalational allergens.更多还原
