【摘要】 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法　通过免疫组化法和蛋白明胶酶谱法对 40例口腔鳞癌 (OSCC)癌组织、正常口腔黏膜组织及血浆中 (MMP 2 )的表达和含量进行研究 ,并与口腔鳞癌的临床病理特征进行统计学分析。结果　OSCC癌组织、正常口腔黏膜中均表达MMP 2 ,而OS CC癌组织中MMP 2表达与正常口腔黏膜组织相比呈过量表达 ,MMP 2表达升高和活性增加与口腔鳞癌病理分级和临床分期无关 ,但与口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移密切相关。结论　MMP 2可作为判断口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the correlation between metalloproteinase 2 (MMP 2) and neck lymph node matastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry tenichique(SABC) and zemography were used to study the expression and activities of MMP 2 in OSCC?normal oral musoca member and plasma,and statistical method was used to analyse the association between the expression and activities of MMP 2 matrix metalloproteinases and the invasive and metastatic clinical and pathological index of OSCC. Results The results showed that MMP 2 existed in all the OSCC tumor tissues and normal oral mucosa member, and that the increase of the expression and activities of MMP 2in the OSCC tumor tissue and plasma,and related to tumor invasion and neck lymph node metastasis. Conclusion MMP 2 could be considered as an index judging preasence of neck lymph node metastasis of OSCC.更多还原
