【摘要】 目的 :初步探讨暴力行为刑事责任能力的量化。　方法 :对“暴力行为刑事责任能力评定量表 (CRRSV)”作回顾性测试 ,分析其信度和效度。　结果 :CRRSV具有较好的内部一致性和稳定性 ,结构合理 ,其界限值所划分的不同法定能力等级与专家鉴定间也高度一致。　结论 :CRRSV值得在我国暴力行为刑事责任能力的鉴定中参考使用 ,并在实践中不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the quantitative assessment of criminal responsibility of violent behavior. Method:A retrospective test on criminal responsibility rating scale of violence (CRRSV) was conducted to analyze the validity and reliability of this scale. Results:The reliability and validity of CRRSV were good enough for clinical use, and the decision by CRRSV cut off points at ≥30 was highly consistent with the evaluation by experts. Conclusion:CRRSV will be useful for the evaluation of criminal responsibility of violent behavior.更多还原
