【摘要】 目的 :了解氯氮平对胰岛素敏感性的影响 ,探讨药源性肥胖的可能成因。　方法 :对 2 4例首发精神分裂症及分裂样精神病患者予氯氮平治疗 18周 ,监测治疗前后胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)、体重变化。　结果 :治疗前患者ISI与正常对照组相似。经氯氮平治疗后 ,患者体重均有增加 ;ISI显著低于治疗前及正常对照者。治疗前后ISI差值与氯氮平剂量、体重变化无显著相关性。　结论 :氯氮平可降低胰岛素敏感性 ,胰岛素阻抗 (IR)可能是药源性肥胖的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know the effect of clozapine on the insulin sensitivity and to explore the possible cause of obesity induced by antipsychotics. Method:24 patients of first episode schizophrenia and schizophrenic form psychosis were treated with clozapine for 18 weeks.The insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and weight were measured before treatment and at the end of 18th week after the treatment. Results:The patients’ weight increased significantly after the treatment. The ISI after the treatment was lower than that of basal statement and normal controls. No difference was found in ISI between basal statement and normal controls.The decrease of ISI was not correlated with the daily dosage of clozapine and the increase of weight. Conclusion:Clozapine can decrease the insulin sensitivity. The insulin resistance (IR) may be one of reasons for obesity induced by antipsychotics.更多还原
