【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年抑郁症患者预后的影响因素。　方法 :以标准化评定工具对老年抑郁症住院患者在出院后 3年时进行随访评定。　结果 :逐步回归分析表明 ,影响老年抑郁症患者预后的主要因素依次为 :伴精神病性症状 ,生活事件 ,治疗依从性 ,伴躯体疾病 ,艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)的N分及家庭社会支持。　结论 :老年抑郁症患者的预后受生物、心理、社会多种因素的影响。应对心理、社会因素进行干预 ,以改善患者的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the relevant factors of prognosis in depressive patients in old age. Method:A follow-up study was carried out in 76 depressive inpatients in old age at the end of the third year from their discharge. Results:The results showed that the major factors related to the prognosis of these patients were as follows: psychotic symptoms,life events, medication compliance, physical diseases, N score of EPQ and social-family supports. Conclusion:The prognosis of depressive patients in old age was affected by biological,psychological and social factors.Psychological and social factors should be intervened to improve the patients’ prognosis.更多还原
