【摘要】 目的 :观察氟西汀合并氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副反应。　方法 :将 4 0例男性慢性精神分裂症病人平分为研究组 (氟西汀加氯氮平 )和对照组 (安慰剂加氯氮平 ) ,分别评定疗效及副反应。并同步测定氯氮平与 N-去甲基氯氮平的血浓度。　结果 :治疗 8周后研究组 PANSS总分、阴性因子分比治疗前明显降低 ,且阴性因子分值显著低于对照组 ,同期氯氮平及 N-去甲基氯氮平血浓度明显升高。　结论 :氟西汀合并氯氮平能明显改善精神分裂症病人的阴性症状 ,并少有副反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and side effects of a combination of fluoxetine and clozapine in the treatment of negative symptoms in schizophrenia. Method:40 subjects were randomly divided into the group of fluoxetine combined with clozapine and placebo combined with clozapine. Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) and detection of drug concentration were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects before and after treatment respectively. Results:Total and negative scores of PANSS significantly decreased after treatment in the group of fluoxetine combined with clozapine, and negative scores were significantly lower than that of the group of placebo combined with clozapine. Concentration of CLO and NOR CLO were significantly higher in fluoxetine and clozapine group. Conclusion: A combination of fluoxetine and clozapine can remarkably improve negative symptoms in schizophrenia and produce fewer side effects.更多还原
