【摘要】 目的 :探讨长春西汀对恢复期精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍的治疗作用。　方法 :对 31例疗效已达显著进步以上的精神分裂症患者 ,随机分为研究组 (16例 )和对照组 (15例 ) ,在予长春西汀治疗前、后 ,对两组患者分别评定其认知障碍及脑血流状况 ,进行分析。　结果 :研究组治疗前后有显著好转 ,而对照组差异无显著性。　结论 :长春西汀对改善精神分裂症患者的认知障碍有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the therapeutic effects of vinpocetina in the treatment of cognitive impairment of remission inpatients with schizophrenia. Method:31 remission inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the observational group( n =16)and the control group ( n =15).They were studied with CRT?CMS?WCST and TCD before and after treatment. Results:There were significant differences between the two groups on the attention,memory,information intergration,executive function and blood passed through the anterior cerebral arteries after treatment. Conclusion:Vinpocetina proves to be effective in the treatment of cognitive impairment of remission inpatients with schizophrenia.更多还原
