【摘要】 目的 :了解社区精神分裂症不同家庭社会环境中的基本需求现状与社会支持系统的关系　方法 :对生活在社区中的 10 0例精神分裂症患者进行调查。所有病人采用 Cam berwell需求评定量表(CAN) ,阳性症状评定量表 (SAPS) ,阴性症状评定量表 (SANS) ,社会支持评定量表 (SSQ)进行评定。　结果 :CAN需求影响因素调查结果显示 :不同婚姻状况的患者有显著差异 ,在基本生活和自我生活照料上源于家庭帮助明显高于社会帮助 ,CAN需求与 SAPS、SANS、SSQ均显著相关。　结论 :影响社区精神分裂症患者需求的因素是多方面的 ,主要与病人自身精神症状与社会支持程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the basic needs of schizophrenic patients in different family environment and community, analyse their system of social support and influencing factors. Method: One hundredsubjects of schizophrenia were recruited from a community.All patients were assessed with Camberwell assessment of need (CAN),scale for assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS),scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS),and social support questionnaire (SSQ). Results:There were significant differences in varied marriage state. Daily life and self-care obtained more help from their families than from society.Total CAN scores were significantly correlated with SAPS, SANS, SSQ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion:Factors influencing needs of schizophrenic patients in community were multiple,mainly related with patient’s psychiatric symptoms and their social support.更多还原
