【Abstract】 1,3Benzodioxole5acetic acid was synthesized from 1,2benzenediol in a fourstep procedure.1,2Benzenediol reacted with dichloromethane to give 1,3benzodioxole,which was directly chloromethylated to yield 90.1% 5chloromethyl 1,3benzodioxole.The chloride was converted easily to 3,4methlenedioxyphenyl acetonitrile by 80% yield under sodium cyanide nitrilation,followed by alkali hydrolysis to give 1,3benzodioxole5acetic acid.Total yield was 54.2%.Gas chromatography,infrared spectra and elemental analysis were used for characterizations.更多还原
