不同海拔高度和生长季节对银杏叶中黄酮苷含量的影响

【摘要】 对不同海拔高度和不同生长季节的实生银杏苗叶中黄酮苷含量的变化规律进行了研究,并对环境因子的影响机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,同一立地条件下,随生长期不同,银杏叶中黄酮苷含量的差异较大;高海拔区独特的生态条件促进银杏叶中黄酮苷的积累;对不同海拔带选择最佳采叶期,可以提高银杏叶的药用品质。

【Abstract】 Variation rules of flavonoid content in leaves of young Ginkgo biloba tree influenced by altitudes and seasons were studied in this paper,and the affecting mechanisms of environmental factors were also discussed.Distinct variations of flavonoid content in leaves took place in the different growths period of leaves at the same position conditions.The distinctive ecological condition of higher altitude areas promoted the accumulation of flavonoids.Select of optimum time for leaf picking may improve the officinal quality of Ginkgo biloba leaves.
