【Abstract】 Extraction technology of flavonoids in Agrimonia pilosa was studied by orthogonal experiment.Effects of ethanol water solvent,extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction times and ratio of liquid to material on flavonoid content were investigated.Optimum extraction condition was determined as follows:volume parts of the composition of ethanol water solvent 40%,ratio of liquor to material 10 ∶1,three times of reflux extraction at 70 ℃,each for 0.5 h.更多还原
