【摘要】 本文着重叙述江西赣江机械厂作为南昌航院的教学实习基地 ,在金工实习教学中 ,始终坚持实习工件与生产产品相结合 ,传统工艺与先进技术相结合 ,多层次实习与强化能力培训相结合 ,技能训练与创新实践相结合 ,实习教学与实习育人相结合的“五结合”的教学改革 ,办出了特色 ,为社会培养了一大批既有一定理工科理论基础又有较强的动手能力、创新意识较好的复合型工程技术与管理人才 ,受到了学生的好评、社会的赞扬、领导的肯定更多还原
