【摘要】 目的　探讨游离型腰椎间盘突出症的诊治。方法　回顾性研究 38例游离型腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗的临床资料。结果　 32例获得随访 ,随访时间 3个月～ 3年。腰腿疼痛完全消失 2 7例。在伴有马尾神经损伤 2 0例中 ,15例恢复良好。结论　手术疗效满意 ;CT检查不仅要行椎间隙平扫 ,还需加扫相邻椎体 ;MRI检查有必要列入常规更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic characters of the free type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 32 cases were followed up for 3 months to 3 years. Back and thigh pain totally disappeared in 27 cases.15 out of 20 patients with injury of cauda equina recovered well. Conclusion The effects of operation are satisfactory. The computer tomography should be used to scan not only the intervertebral space but also the adjacent vertebrae. MRI should be included in the routine examination.更多还原
