【摘要】 目的　探讨老年人腰椎管狭窄症的手术适应证以及术中尽量保持骨性结构完整的重要性。方法　 72例患者均行双侧开窗、潜行扩大椎管减压术治疗。结果　 6 3例获 1～ 7年随访 ,疗效评定 :优 5 2例 (82 6 % ) ,良 9例 (14 3% ) ,可 2例 (3 1% ) ,优良率 96 9%。结论　手术治疗能解除老年腰椎管狭窄症患者的病痛 ,提高生活质量。应用双侧开窗、潜行扩大术行椎管减压 ,既保持了骨性结构的完整性 ,又减少了创伤 ,有利于患者早期下床活动 ,可以减少或避免手术并发症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgical indications and the importance to keep the integrity of bone structure for lumbar spinal stenosis in the aged. Methods 72 aged patients were operated on with bilateral opening between the laminates and left bed in seven to ten days after operations. Results 63 cases were followed up from 1 to 7 years after the operations. 52 cases (82 6%) were excellent, 9 cases (14 3%) good and 2 cases (3 1%) fair. Conclusion The surgical treatment for the aged patients with the lumbar spinal stenosis may relieve the suffering and improve the life quality. It seems that the complications of surgery to the lumbar spinal stenosis in the aged during and after the operations may be cut down or avoided with the bilateral opening between the laminates.更多还原
