【摘要】 观察各种肝病患者血清HDL -C、apoA1及apoB10 0 水平变化 ,探讨它们在肝病发展过程中的作用。采用直接酶法和免疫透射比浊法检测各种肝病患者血清HDL -C、apoA1、apoB10 0 水平。各种肝病患者血清HDL -C、apoA1水平明显低于对照组 ,尤以肝硬化B、C级及重肝为显著。血清apoB10 0 仅肝硬化及重肝病人明显低于对照组 ,而急肝、慢肝、肝癌患者血清apoB10 0 轻度升高或接近正常。HDL -C、apoA1、apoB10 0 在肝病病情进展中起重要作用 ,其水平与肝损害程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the levels of High-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A 1, B 100 in serum of liver complaint and to explore their role in development of liver complaint. The levels of HDL-C?apoA 1?apoB 100 in serum of liver complaint were detected by using enzyme analysis and immune turbidimetric analysis. The levels of HDL-C?apoA 1 in serum of liver complaint were obviously lower than that of control group. Especially in grade both B and C hepatocirrhosis and hepatitis gravis. The levels of apoB 100 in serum of hepatocirrhosis and hepatitis gravis were obviously lower than that of control group, but the level of apoB 100 in serum of acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and the liver of cancer raised slightly or approached to normal. HDL-C?apoA 1?apoB 100 are very important in pathogenesis and evolution of liver complaint; their levels are closely related with degree of the liver damage.更多还原
