【摘要】 为探讨针刺与α -干扰素联用对慢型乙型肝炎的临床治疗价值 ,将 5 8例慢型乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组 ,一组为针刺与α -干扰素联合治疗组 (观察组 ) ,另一组为单用α-干扰素组 (对照组 )。结果观察组HBVDNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率和ALT复常率于治疗后不同时段均显著高于对照组 (p <0 0 1) ,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。针刺与干扰素联合治疗慢乙肝可有效提高HBeAg阴转率和ALT复常率 ,并大大降低由单用α -干扰素治疗带来的不良反应 ,扩大了干扰素的适用范围 ,为中西医结合治疗肝病开创一条新路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with acupuncture combined with interferon-α(IFN-α),58 patients with chronic hepatitis B(with positive HBeAg and HBV DNA and elevated ALT)enrolled were randomized into acupuncture combined with IFN-α group(observed group)and IFN-α group(control group).30 patients received acupuncture daily for 2 months and 5 million units IFN-α daily for the first 2 weeks then 3 times per week for 6 months.28 patients only received 5 million units IFN-α daily for the first 2 weeks then 3 times per week for 6 months.The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical,biochemical and virological parameters. After 2?6?12 months treatment HBV DNA?HBcAg seroconversion rate and ALT normalization rate in observed group were higher than in control group(p<0.01).In conclusion,acupunctrue combined with IFNα tretment significantly enhances the response rate in chronic hepatitis B patients with persistent HBeAg.It can effectively enhance HBV DNA?HBeAg negative rate and ALT normalizstion rate,and enlarge the treatment range of IFN-α.It starts a new way to treat chronic hepatitis B with TCM combined with western medicine.更多还原
