【摘要】 目的　观察乳头溢液的导管形态 ,探索治疗乳头溢液的新技术。资料与方法　搜集乳头溢液患者 3 8例 ,其中 1 4例乳头溢血性分泌物和淡黄色液患者经常规钼靶乳腺摄片及乳导管造影 ,诊断为导管扩张 8例 ,导管炎2例 ,囊性乳腺增生 4例。 1 4例均经临床药物治疗后仍未控制症状 ,遂经溢液乳孔灌注鱼腥草注射液治疗。结果　灌注治疗后随访 3～ 6个月 ,8例溢液停止 ,6例溢液减少 ,疼痛消失或减轻。 1例治疗后 5个月乳导管造影复查 ,原扩张的导管明显缩小 ,管径趋于正常。结论　药物灌注治疗乳头溢液操作简单、无创伤、无合并症、疗效好 ,是治疗乳头溢液的新途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the morphology of galactorrhea lactiferous ducts, to study the new therapy for galactorrhea.Materials and Methods Thirty eight patients with galactorrhea were collected. Of 14 patients presenting galactemia, diagnosis of lactiferous duct ectasia was confirmed on mammographs and mammary ductographs in 8, while ductal inflammation in 2 and cystic hyperplasia of mammary glands in 4. The symptoms were not relieved after drug therapy in all 14 cases, and infusion of houttuynia through discharging papillary ducts was carried out.Results During a following up period of 3～6 months, 8 cases were successfully cured and galactorrhea disappeared. The severity of galactorrhea was diminished in 6 cases with the pain relieved or subsided. In one case, on the mammary ductographs taken 5 months after infusion procedure the previously dilated ducts showed a marked decrease in size. Conclusion Houttuynia infusion is a simple, non invasive and effective technique in treating galactorrhea.更多还原
