【摘要】 目的　了解结核性高热的不同发病类型及特点 ,掌握其治疗方法。方法　观察分析 75例结核患者高热的不同发病原因、持续时间、合并症、原发病及激素应用等情况 ,给予相应有效的治疗。结果　结核渗出及播散性高热占 5 7% ;结核继发感染性高热占 2 1.3% ;激素应用不当诱发结核性高热占 17.3% ;药物中毒性高热占 5 .3%。经治疗后退热时间分别为 1- 4Ws,2 Ws,1d- 4Ws,1- 2 Ws。结论　结核性高热的发生原因不同 ,治疗措施也不同更多还原

【Abstract】 Objcetve To investigate the causes and characteristics of high fever among TB patients and the corresponding treatment.Methods Clinical data of 75 TB patients including their initial disease,the complications,the use of darenocortical steroid and the duration of fever were analyzed and the corresponding treatments were studied.Results High fever caused by tuberculous exudates and dissemination of TB lesions accounted for 57% of the total,and the figures were 21.3%,17.3% and 5.3% of the total,respectively,for secondary infections,unreasonable use of adrenocortical steroid and drug fever.The abatement of fever occurred 1 to 4 weeks,2 weeks,1 day to 4 weeks and 1 to 2 week respectively after corresponding treatment.Conclusion The causes of high fever among TB patients are different from each other and corresponding treatments should vary among patients.更多还原
