【摘要】 目的　分析胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗 2 0例慢性结核性脓胸及合并症。方法　所有病例均行胸膜纤维板剥脱术 ,同时行 2例干酪病灶清除 ,4例空洞清除 ,2例支气管胸膜瘘修补和 1例 T1 2 L1 椎体结核病灶清除术。结果　脓腔全部清灭 ,空洞消除 ,瘘口闭合 ,肺内结核病灶稳定 ,肺功能明显改善。结论　胸膜纤维板剥脱术是治疗慢性结核性脓胸较理想的手术方法 ,可以扩大手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing treated chronic tuberculous empyema and complication by the method of stripped pleural fibreboard.Methods Methods of stripped pleural fibreboard were adopted in all cases.Meanwhile,2 cases tuberculois cream sites were cleared,4 cases cavities were cured,2 cases bronchopleural fistula were mended and 1 case T 12 L 1 vertedbra tuberculous site was eliminated.Results All thoracic empyema had been cleared,cavities closed,fistulas in all operation cases cleard,pulmonary tuberculosus sites were in stable condition .Lung function,were distinctly improved.Conclusion The method of stripped pleural fibreboard was a good operative too for the treatment chronic tuberculous empyema.The indication for the operation should be expanded.更多还原
