【摘要】 目的 :探讨正常人不同性别及年龄阶段嗓音声学特点和差异 ,分析相关因素 ,确定不同性别年龄阶段嗓音参数正常参考值。方法 :对 12 0 0例正常国人按性别、年龄分组后行嗓音声学检测并测最长声时和s/z比 ,另外频闪喉镜下观察各年龄组受试者喉部形态。结果 :男女性多项嗓音参数存在明显差异 ,基频、频率微扰、标准化噪声能量等女性明显高于男性 ,最长声时、各共振峰频率男性明显高于女性 ,且随年龄增长男女各参数变化趋势不同 ;频闪喉镜下 ,不同年龄男女性声带各有特点 ,与嗓音参数变化相符。结论 :国人正常嗓音各声学参数具有显著性别年龄差异 ,与声带大体结构及多种因素相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the voice characteristics and differences of normal people with different sexes and ages, and to analyze the related factors, adopt suitable acoustic parameter values. Method:To collect and analyze acoustic parameter values of 1200 normal people who were divided by sex (male and female) and age (group1: before puberty; group2: after puberty to 30; group3: 31 to 45; group4: 46 to 60; 5: 61 and older ), laryngeal manifestations of different sex and age under stroboscopy were analyzed. Result:Acoustic parameters of men and women have different characteristics. (1) F 0, jitter, NNE of women voice are significantly higher than men. (2) Voice amplitude?MPT and formant frequencies of men are significantly higher than those of women. (3) Male and female voice characteristics and anatomic and physiological mechanisms of different age-groups are different.Conclusion:Acoustic parameters of normal people with different sexes and ages have different characteristics, which are related to anatomic and physiological mechanisms and other factors.更多还原
