【摘要】 目的　进一步探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对滋养细胞疾病的诊断价值。方法　对 2 8例滋养细胞疾病(葡萄胎 2 0例 ,恶性滋养细胞肿瘤 8例 )的超声图像进行分析。结果　葡萄胎宫腔内呈蜂窝状暗区 ,彩色多普勒为低速静脉血流 ,宫壁血流RI在 0 .5 9～ 0 .64之间 ;恶性滋养细胞肿瘤肌壁见网状分布的无回声区 ,宫壁血流异常丰富 ,且与血β -HCG呈正相关 ,RI为 0 .2 0± 0 .49之间。 结论　葡萄胎的二维图像具有特异性 ,彩色多普勒是诊断恶性滋养细胞肿瘤及观察疗效的首选方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the value of 2D and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of trophoblastic diseases.Methods Ultrasonographic image of 28 cases of tropholastic diseases were studied.It indude 20 cases of hydatidiform mole and 8 cases of malignant trophoblastic tumor.Results It showed that RI of the artery in muscle wall was 0.59～0.64 in hydatidifom mole cases while it was 0.34±0.14 in nalignant trophoblastic tumor cases.Conclusion 2D image of hydatidiform mole is special Color Doppler is the best manner of treatment of diagnosing and observing effect of treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumor.更多还原
