【摘要】 目的　评价肝癌酒精治疗后 ,肿瘤内部血流分配及声像图变化规律。方法　超声引导下经皮肝穿刺注射无水酒精治疗原发性肝癌 5 7例。结果　经PAIT(经波酒精注射治疗 )治疗 1～ 3个疗程后 ,存活 1年 88% (5 0 /5 7) ,肿瘤内部与周边血流分布及声像图有明显变化。结论　应用彩色多普勒超声观察酒精治疗后肿瘤内部回声演变及血流再分配规律 ,对指导临床治疗有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the variation regularity of tumour’s image and blood supply to tumour after alcohol injection for liver cancer.Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous alcohol injection therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in 57 cases.Results The 88%(50/57)of patients have survived one year,the 81%(46/57)of patients have survived more than one years,and the 53%(30/57) of patients have survived more than two years after PEIT therapy.Conclusions Color doppler sonography is proved to have clinical value for evaluateing the variation vegularity of tumour’s image and blood supply to tumour after PEIT therapy.更多还原
