【摘要】 目前,宁波的高等教育改革主要集中在宏观与微观的两个层面上,而介于两者之间的中观领域的研究与改革却做得还不够。笔者就如何深化学分制的改革、如何创新教育评估制度、如何建立国际化合作办学机制、以及人才引进与培养制度方面的改革等六个方面的中观领域阐述了自己的看法,并就其中存在的问题提出了若干改革建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,higher education reform in Ningbo is mainly focused on two asp ects,macroscopic and microscopic,but the research on the medium fields in between them is i nsufficient.The paper ex-presses views on six aspects of mediu m field including how to deepen the re form of credit system,how to innovate the education evaluation s ystem,how to establish the mechanis m of running schools by inter-national cooperation,and the syste m reform of personnel introduction a nd training.Besides,suggestions are also made about the reform in the e xisting problems.更多还原
