【Abstract】 The reoxidation of molten steel and its control in continuous casting process are studied by analysing the contents of [ N ] and [ Al ] in ladle and tundish in this paper. The results show that the reoxidation of molten steel and its control in continuous casting process should be taken seriously because the contents of inclusions generated by reoxidation are higher than that in tundish. Moreover, the reoxidation and entrapment of slag due to impinging of stream from ladle can be eliminated by using ladle nozzle with argon protection.更多还原
