【摘要】 本文首先回顾了企业能力理论的发展历程 ,然后分别从功能、价值链和系统三个不同角度剖析企业能力的结构 ,最后在将企业看成一个特殊的能力综合体的基础上 ,着重提出了企业能力整合的四种途径 :利用程序和规则进行制度管理、识别并利用关联、建立基于业务流程再造的管理信息系统、培养优秀的企业文化 ,以期对我国企业提高自身能力和塑造核心能力有所启发。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the developing course of the theory of corporate competence. Then the structure of corporate competence is analyzed in terms of function, value chain and system. Finally, with the expectation of promoting competence of firms in China, the paper puts forward four ways of integrating corporate competence, namely, launching system management by procedures and rules, recognizing and utilizing association, forging BPR-based MIS and cultivating corporate culture.更多还原
