高新技术产业政策体系的运行机制与效力分析
The operation mechanism and effectiveness analysis of high technical industrial policy system
【摘要】 指出了目前高新技术产业政策体系存在的结构性缺陷,提出了高新技术产业政策体系的基本框架与运行机制。运用政策科学的理论与方法分析了建立完善的高新技术产业政策体系的效力与作用。
【Abstract】 The structural defect of high technical industrial policy system has been pointed out in this paper. The high new basic frame and operation mechanism of technical industrial policy system is proposed. With method and the theory of policy science, the effectiveness and role of perfect high technical industrial policy system has been expounded.
