【摘要】 目的:对于不能手术治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌NSCLC,仍无有效的治疗方法,化疗仅能有限的缓解病情,延长生存期,疗效并不尽人意。本研究旨在讨论对NSCLC化疗中加用抗癌中药的疗效。方法:本研究用MFP方案。化疗NSCLC的同时服用活血化瘀,清热解毒提高免疫力及抗癌中药,用中药一年以上或用至病人不能服用药物时为止。结果:取得CR 1例, PR 6例,全组总有效率为54%,复治者有效率为25%。结论:MFP方案化疗NSCLC的同时长年服用抗癌中药,疗效确切,明显延长了病人的生存期,使NSCLC的化疗疗效,接近了小细胞肺癌的化疗水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Until now, there is no efficient treatment to cure the late non- operation NSCLC. Chemotherapy can only comfort the state of the illness in a limited degree, but it can抰 come to a satisfactory result to prolong patients?life. In this research, we just want to discuss how we can add some Chinese traditional anti-cancer medicine while taking chemotherapy. Means: In this research, we adopt MFP method. During the chemotherapy of NSCLC, the patient may take Chinese traditional antipyretic medicine which can invigorate the circulation of blood, improve the patient抯 immunity and resist cancers. The medicine on the patient shouldn抰 be stopped until he completely recovers. Result: We took one case for CR, six cases for PR, and the results showed that, in the whole group, the efficacious rate is 54%, and that of the retreated is 25%. Conclusion: According to the means of MFP, taking anti-cancer Chinese traditional medicine constantly as well as chemotherapy for NSCLC, has an very good effect on the patients. This can extend the patient抯 life obviously, making the NSCLC chemotherapy effect approach that of small-cell lung cancer抯 standard.更多还原
