【摘要】 目的：研究了白术水煎剂对Ｄ－半乳糖致衰老小鼠脑的抗衰老作用。方法：以Ｄ－半乳糖致衰老小鼠为研究对象，灌服白术水煎剂３０天，测定脑组织中一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）、一氧化氮（ＮＯ）、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量。结果：白术水煎剂能提高小鼠脑组织中ＮＯＳ的活性（Ｐ＜０．０１），使ＮＯ含量增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＬＰＯ含量降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：白术水煎剂具有抗衰老作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective : To observe the anti-oxidation effect of chloroform extract of Baizhu.Methods: D-galactose-induced mice aging model was used and chloroform extract of Baizhu was given to the mice for 30 days. The activities of NOS, the levels of NO and LPO in the brain were measured. Results: The results showed that in the model group, the extract enhanced the activities of NOS (P<0.01), increased the level of NO(P<0.01) and decreased the content of LPO(P<0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that the chloroform extract of Baizhu has an anti-aging effect.更多还原
