磷酸氢二钾法分离自然水体中的生物膜胞外聚合物

【摘要】 利用磷酸氢二钾水溶液作为萃取剂,对自然水体中培养的生物膜胞外聚合物进行了萃取和分离。通过时糖类、蛋白质、DNA含量的测定,选择了最佳萃取分离条件。

【Abstract】 Potassium Bi-phosphate solution is applied to extract extracellular polymers from biofilm cultivated in natural water. The optimum extraction conditions are selected by comparing the concentrations of carbohydrates, proteins and DNA.
