【摘要】 知识管理和知识创新是知识经济时代的两个重要的话题 ,知识创新的目的是追求新发展、探索新规律、创立新学说、积累新知识 ,并应用到产品 (服务 )中去 ,以促使企业获得成功 ,国家经济活力得到增强 ,社会取得进步。而知识管理则是为组织实现显性知识和隐性知识共享提供新的途径 ,同时为知识创新提供基础设施和条件。本文主要对知识创新的涵义、运作过程以及知识管理在知识创新中的作用进行了一些分析 ,希望可以对有关知识创新的研究和实际操作有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge Management and Knowledge Innovation is important topics in Knowledge Economy Age. The aim of Knowledge Innovation is to discover?develop or accumulate new knowledge in order to put these into practice of corporations?governments and societies, so that these organizations can make improvements and be strengthened. While Knowledge Management’s aim is to mix distinct knowledge and obscure knowledge,at the same time, it also provides the base establishments and conditions for knowledge innovation.In this paper, I have mainly talked about the meaning and process of knowledge innovation.
