Deepen scientific research system reform and fasten agricultural undertaking development
【摘要】 论述了珠海农业科学研究中心解放思想、科学定位、抓住机遇,通过企业、科研、分配等三项管理体制改革,找到一条独具特色的自身发展之路。重点阐述了其为实现持续发展而采取的立足科技创新和基地建设,招徕人才,实现科技成果产业化、科研经营多元化等重要措施。
【Abstract】 This essay discusses the system reform of Zhuhai Agricultural Science Research Center.They emancipate the mind,scientific fix position and grasp the opportunity,finding out a characteristic road of self-development through business,scientific research and distribution management system reform.It mainly expound s some important measures of how to realize sustained development ,base d upon scientific innovation and research center construction,soliciting talents,bring about scientific achievements industrialization and multipolar business.
