土壤中钼的形态分析方法研究
Study on Speciation of Molybdenum in Soil
【摘要】 本文对土壤中有效钼的浸取条件进行最佳化 ,并利用提高灰化温度达到消除浸取剂对石墨炉原子吸收测定钼的影响。方法用于国标样品和武汉市区土壤样品中钼的形态分析 ,获得满意的分析结果
【Abstract】 It is experimentally established that the available molybdenum can be leached out in 6 hours by a solution containing 0 08 mol/L H 2C 2O 4 and (NH 4) 2C 2O 4 (pH 3 3) with 0 5∶10 ratio of sample to leaching liquor. In order to eliminate interference from leaching liquor, 1400 °C for ash temperature was adopted for the determination of available Mo by furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method has applied to the study on speciation of Mo in soils and the results are satisfactory.
