【Abstract】 In this article,the author briefly demonstrates the importance and urgency of protecting the environment in the route design and the highway construction in the course of the development of West China,and discusses how to harmonize the relationship between the highway construction and environment. The author gives an example of the arterial highway from Xining City to Huangyuan County in Qinghai Province. The article has based its discussion on all kinds of limited conditions in the development of West China.更多还原
