【摘要】 目的 :研究非负荷期种植体周围骨吸收的时间变化规律。方法 :以非埋植型纯钛种植体植入狗下颌骨 ,术后每月拍一次标准牙片 ,用Photoshop6.01软件测量种植体周围骨吸收的量并加以分析。结果 :种植体植入后第一个月骨吸收为0.64mm ,第二个月为0.01mm,第三、四、五个月分别为0.04mm、0.15mm、0.24mm,第一个月骨吸收量与其余四个月之间有显著性差异 (p<0.05)。结论 :种植体植入后第一个月骨吸收最多 ,可能与手术创伤引起的骨组织改建局部加速现象有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find regulation of pri_implant bone loss during unloaded period. Method: Non_submerged titanium implant were placed in the mandibles of beagle dogs.Standardized dental radiographs were taken each month.The radiographs were measured and analyzed by Photoshop 6.01 software. Results: Crestal bone loss was 0.64mm one month after implant placement.The second month was 0.02mm and the 3th,4th,5th month were 0.04mm,0.15mm,0.24mm respectively.Bone loss of the first month among other months was statisticlly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Most bone loss was happened at first month after implants placement,which maybe in relation to regional accelerated phenomenon irritated by surgical trauma.更多还原
