【摘要】 目的 :探讨轻、中、重度安氏Ⅱ1 前牙深覆盖患者在牙牙合关系、颌骨及软组织等方面表现的共性、差异及其变化趋势。方法 :测量分析 90名恒牙列期安氏Ⅱ1 Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度前牙深覆盖患者的X线头颅定位侧位片的 31个测量项目。结果 :①安氏Ⅱ1 前牙深覆盖由Ⅰ度到Ⅲ度 ,在以下测量项目存在较明显的变化趋势 :NA -PgA、AB -NPg、Ptm - 6、N -ANS、LI-MP、Pg -Pg‘。②安氏Ⅱ1 前牙深覆盖与正常牙合相比表现为 :NA -PgA、Ptm - 6、N -ANS、LI-MP增大 ;NPg-FH明显减小。结论 :①安氏Ⅱ1 前牙深覆盖由Ⅰ度到Ⅲ度 ,颅颌面结构变化趋势为 :上颌相对下颌凸度、上下颌骨基底相对面平面前凸度、上牙弓前移及上唇向前突度明显增大 ;上面高、下中切牙相对牙合平面的唇向倾斜及软组织颏部厚度减小。②安氏Ⅱ1 Ⅰ前牙深覆盖者与正常颌者相比 ,颅颌面结构特征为 :上颌前突 ;下颌后缩 ;下中切牙相对牙合平面的唇向倾斜增大 ;上牙弓前移 ;上面高增大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the common?different characteristics and its changing tendency of the skeleton?occlusion and soft tissue among the AngleⅡ 1Ⅰ°?Ⅱ°?Ⅲ°deep overjet groups.Methods:Analyzing and mearsuring 31 items of 90 patients who suffer from Angle Class Ⅱ 1Ⅰ°?Ⅱ°?Ⅲ°deep overjet malocclusion.Results:①With the increase of degree of AngleⅡ 1 anterior teeth deep overjet, the mearsuring items of craniofacial structure obviously changing are as below: NA-PgA?AB-NPg?Ptm-6?N-ANS?LI-MP?Pg-Pg`.②Abnormal mearsuring items of craniofacial structure are as below:NA-PgA?Ptm-6?N-ANS?LI-MP?NPg-FH.Conclusions:①With the increase of degree of AngleⅡ 1 anterior teeth deep overjet, the tendency of craniofacial structure’s change is as below: the degree of maxilla’s forward convexity?the degree of the maxilla base’s forward convexity?the forward advance of upper dental arch and forward convex degree of upper lip are obviously increscent; the height of upper face?the labial inclination degree of lower central incisor opposite to the plan of occlusion and the thickness of chin are obviously decrescent. ②The characteristics of craniofacial structure of AngleⅡ 1 anterior teeth deep overjet are as below:maxillary protrusion;mandibular retraction; the increase of the labial inclination degree of lower central incisor opposite to the plane of occlusion; the upper dental arch’s forward advance; the increase of upper facial height.更多还原
